Testament to how Jersey City has become the Best Mid-Size City in the US

Fulop: Expand gaming in state but do it the right way |NorthJersey.com

Atlantic City has been a failure. There is no reason to have those incompetent operators bid for the North Jersey business. North Jersey should have a world-class casino and it certainly can’t be provided by the likes of Caesars or Golden Nugget from AC

Any casino expansion into North Jersey should be done fairly and transparently so that it benefits all NJ equally and makes sense for the host communities. As this proposal stands today from Senate President Sweeney, this is not something I can support for Jersey City because it doesn’t meet the test of transparency and fairness for all of us. You can read more about this proposal here.
